Launch windows and final GO / NO-GO decisions will be announced on our mailing list and posted on the main page of this site.

- High Power Flyers (H and above): $10.00
- Low power Flyers: $5.00
Amherst Launch Site
Our launch site is located a half-hour west of Cleveland Hopkins Airport. The site has:

Directions
51236 Telegraph Rd, Amherst, OH 44001
- Take the Ohio Turnpike (I-80) to Exit 135 (Baumhart Road) and pay the toll fee.
- Turn right (south) onto Baumhart Road.
- Proceed south to the roundabout.
- At the roundabout, take the first exit to head west on Rt. 113.
- Go two (2) miles to 51236 Rt. 113. It is on the right hand (north) side of the road. You will see the club launch sign. Turn into the driveway.
- Caution: You’ll be turning from a fast country road onto a gravel driveway.
- Caution: This is a working farm. Be alert for moving equipment and mechanics working under / around equipment.
- Proceed down the driveway and past all buildings. You’ll come to a farm road that we’ve blocked off with cones (the road forms the boundary between our launch & parking areas). You will see cars out in a field. Drive down the grass and park in that field.
