Nice CATO sequence!
This is a quad engine cluster. Engines appear to be igniting normally.

As the rocket clears the launch rod, two disasters appear to be occuring.

First, there are burning bits of engines cascading off the launch pad onto the ground.

Second, One or more of the engines has pressurized the air-frame causing the parachuste to deploy. In this picture, the parachute is already half-way down the air-frame.

While one or more engines continues to fire, the parachute has created an air-brake causing the air-frame to flip.

The shock cord has finally snapped, while the air-frame continues to flip in the air.
